This Purchase Policy explains the terms that apply to any payments made for services provided through our Shariah-compliant Muslim matrimonial platform. By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

1. About Our Service

MMO is a Shariah-compliant Muslim matrimonial service that assists individuals seeking marriage by reviewing and managing matrimonial profiles in accordance with Islamic principles.

We act as a facilitator and introduction service. We do not guarantee that a suitable match will be found or that any introduction will lead to marriage.

2. Service Fees

Any fees charged are for:

• Registration and profile processing
• Administrative work
• Profile verification, where applicable
• Matching and introduction services
• Ongoing profile management
• Customer support

Payments cover the provision of these services and are not a payment for a guaranteed marriage proposal or successful match.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made to MMO are final and non-refundable.

Once a payment has been processed:

• No refunds will be issued.
• No partial refunds will be provided.
• No refunds will be made if you decide not to continue using the service.
• No refunds will be provided if you are dissatisfied with the number of introductions received.
• No refunds will be available if you withdraw your profile after registration.
• No refund will be given if you successfully find a spouse through our service or elsewhere.

This policy applies unless we are legally required to provide a refund under applicable UK consumer protection laws.

4. Cancellation

You may request that your profile be removed from our service at any time by contacting us.

Cancelling your membership or requesting removal of your profile does not entitle you to any refund of fees already paid.

5. No Guarantee of Marriage

Marriage is dependent upon many personal, religious and individual factors beyond our control.

Accordingly, MMO does not guarantee:

• A successful match
• A specific number of introductions
• Compatibility with another member
• Marriage
• Engagement
• Ongoing communication between prospective matches

6. Shariah-Compliant Process

Our service has been designed to operate in accordance with Islamic values.

To maintain appropriate standards:

• Members cannot contact each other directly through the website.
• All communication and introductions are managed by the MMO team.
• We reserve the right to involve a wali, guardian or family member where appropriate and with consent.
• We reserve the right to decline or discontinue introductions where we believe this is in the best interests of either party or to maintain the integrity of the service.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our service you agree that:

• The information you provide is true and accurate.
• You are legally free to marry.
• You will promptly notify us if your circumstances change.
• You will not provide false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• You will treat all parties with honesty, dignity and respect.

Providing false information may result in immediate removal from the service without refund.

8. Suspension or Termination

MMO reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any user who:

• Breaches these terms
• Provides inaccurate information
• Behaves abusively towards staff or other users
• Attempts to bypass our introduction process
• Uses the service for purposes inconsistent with Islamic principles or UK law

Removal from the service does not create any entitlement to a refund.

9. Changes to Fees or Services

We may update our services, membership packages or pricing from time to time.

Changes will apply only to future purchases unless otherwise required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable care in providing our service, MMO shall not be liable for:

• Unsuccessful matches
• Decisions made by users
• Cancelled introductions
• Personal disagreements between prospective matches
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UK law.
